We have been selling, installing, supporting and managing network and endpoint security solutions since 1989 and as such, our knowledge and experience are extensive. Metadigm Security Engineers

All our Security Engineers are degree-qualified, and are trained to accredited standards on the products and technologies of our security vendor partners.  We support or have installed security solutions in over 50 countries and territories around the globe, from California to Kazakhstan.

We want your systems to be secure and problem free, and for you to get the most out of any solution that we provide to you.

We offer two support options:

  • Annual Remote Support: Metadigm extends the capabilities of your existing Security Team, providing second level support and help when needed, on an "as required" basis.
  • Annual Remote Management: Metadigm acts as your Security Administrator, managing your security infrastructure for you.

 

Metadigm Annual Remote Support Services
(08:00 - 18:00 weekdays, excluding public holidays)

Metadigm Remote Support provides 2nd level support for your own Security Administrator(s), who must be familiar with the products and operating systems. Ideally, your Administrator(s) should be accredited on the products supported and be familiar with networking and security.

Metadigm Annual Remote Management Service
(08:00 - 18:00 weekdays, excluding public holidays)

If you do not have a designated, trained Security Administrator, Metadigm can manage your security system(s) as required remotely, as instructed by or in consultation with you. You can delegate any security policy or configuration requests to Metadigm and you do not require an Administrator with product knowledge and security skills.

All policy changes, updates, upgrades and other maintenance are carried out by, or under the supervision of a suitably accredited Metadigm Security Engineer. All Metadigm Security Engineers undergo external vendor technical training and pass examinations to achieve their certification. Some clients prefer to let Metadigm take full responsibility for their security policy and forbid or limit access by unqualified internal personnel.
