Metadigm are dedicated to building trust between customers and Metadigm Ltd, and to provide the best of breed Information Security products to Metadigm's clients.
Under most circumstances you can visit Metadigm without telling us who you are and without revealing any information about yourself. On some occasions, however, Metadigm may need information from you.
You may choose to give us personal information, such as your name and address or e-mail id that may be needed, for example to correspond with you, or for us to provide you with further information. If you tell us that you do not want us to use this information as a basis for further contact with you, Metadigm will respect your wishes.
Should you find that Metadigm have inaccuracies in your personal information, please return the message containing the inaccuracies to the sender with details of the correction requested and Metadigm will make every effort to respond in a timely manner to your requests to correct these inaccuracies.
Privacy, Information Collection and Use
Metadigm require all consumers to supply personal information including name, company, address, telephone number and email id prior to receiving evaluation software and other corporate or promotional materials.

- The time and date you access the Metadigm web site and
- The Internet address of any website you used to link to the Metadigm website.
Upon request, Metadigm will remove your details from the database, update any of your details, or amend your details to preclude any contact by any of the means identified above.
Use of cookies
The Metadigm website uses to store your preferences and other information on your computer in order to save you time by eliminating the need to repeatedly enter the same information and to display personalized content.

- The datasheets, whitepapers, downloads pages etc - a few pages on the Metadigm website have their own navigation in order to minimise the amount of visible content (for example the datasheets and glossary pages). In order to improve your experience so that you do not need to keep re-opening the navigation, a cookie is used to remember the last state the navigation pane was in.
- Metadigm also uses cookies in association with Google in order to collect certain standard information that your browser sends to every website you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and language, access times (if you view your cookies these will usually start __utm).
