Privacy, Information Collection and Use

Metadigm takes all reasonable care to prevent any unauthorised access to your personal data.

Metadigm require all consumers to supply personal information including name, company, address, telephone number and email id prior to receiving evaluation software and other corporate or promotional materials.

Metadigm may also collect the following information about you:
  • The name of the domain from which you access the Internet including the host name and IP address
  • The time and date you access the Metadigm web site and
  • The Internet address of any website you used to link to the Metadigm website.
Metadigm will use this information for statistical purposes to help us improve the style and content of the website and it will assist Metadigm when needed to follow up by email, telephone or post with those people who have filled out any forms on the website. Metadigm may also use your details to send further promotional literature by email or post.

Upon request, Metadigm will remove your details from the database, update any of your details, or amend your details to preclude any contact by any of the means identified above.

The datasheets, whitepapers, downloads pages etc - a few pages on the Metadigm website have their own navigation in order to minimise the amount of visible content (for example the datasheets and glossary pages). In order to improve your experience so that you do not need to keep re-opening the navigation, a cookie is used to remember the last state the navigation pane was in.
  2. Metadigm also uses cookies in association with Google in order to collect certain standard information that your browser sends to every website you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and language, access times (if you view your cookies these will usually start __utm).
